Welcome to Watchful, developed and maintained by Axus Creative, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and website located at https://watchful.schultzstudio.com (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using Watchful, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Overview
Watchful is a personal timepiece collection companion that helps you catalog, track, and manage your watches with powerful features and modern design.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Watchful. If you are under 18, you may use the app only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), you agree to their billing and cancellation policies.
We do not directly handle or store your payment information — all transactions are securely managed by your app store provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
4. Data Storage & Privacy
Watchful stores all your collection data locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your personal data with any external servers or cloud systems.
You can back up or restore your data manually using the export/import features within the app.

5. Advertising
Watchful uses Google AdMob to serve in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect certain anonymous usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you consent to this limited data processing as required for ad delivery and analytics.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, and content within Watchful are owned or licensed by Axus Creative, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app or website without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Using the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Distributing malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Watchful is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's performance, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axus Creative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Watchful.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the app and remove it from your device.
10. Updates & Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above.
Continued use of Watchful after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
